You have a proven advanced training in accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics or equivalent. A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive and diverse experience in business economics or financial planning. We hope that you have demonstrable experience in financial database software. You have experience of product/project based budgeting and in retail and/or eCommerce. You also have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships.

You have knowledge in the following areas:
Deep understanding of financial and performance measures
Broad knowledge of how to conduct financial research, data analysis and resolve financial problems
Good knowledge within Data science, information modelling and data analysis techniques
Good knowledge of financial modelling and reporting
Working knowledge of agile ways of working and specifically with regard to budgeting and funding models for Product/Agile delivery
Deep understanding of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people

You perform work with care, accuracy, and attention to detail. You have the ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines. You are highly numerate and comfortable working with complex budget and financial reporting models. You strive to meet and exceed quality standards and produce quality work products. You have the ability to turn complex financial concepts and process into simple, comprehensible and relevant communication both to a technical and business audience. You actively acquires new knowledge and skills and champions new methods and processes to improve performance. You also have the ability to understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of technology as an integrated part of the business.

Your responsibilities
To support the operation of the Digital Unit and business decision making related to the digital roadmap by providing consistent and fit for purpose reports and decision support material on both an ad-hoc and periodical basis. To drive efficiency and quality in information landscape by continuously developing and adapting our analysis and reporting models and tools to the digital operating model and information model (incl needed financial/performance related master data management). Also, the Reporting & Analysis manager will lead, motivate and develop a team of specialists.

You will:
Accountable for planning and leading the development of a roadmap for the reporting analytics area within Group Digital related both to e.g. financial planning, performance management, roadmap delivery etc.
Accountable for leading the definition and development of OKRs and KPIs and maintain the KPI framework for Group Digital
Lead the work to create insights and manage data collection relating to Group Digital performance
In collaboration with both CFO, digital and other core business stakeholders - develop and deliver a portfolio of standard reports and decision support tools (e.g. scorecards) related to the digital roadmap/digital unit
Contribute to the overall enterprise development agenda of analytics and reporting related capabilities.
Lead and develop a team of Reporting and Analysis specialists


In this role you will report to the Group Digital Business Navigation Manager.
