We believe that you have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business/Finance/Economics or a related field. You have previous experience in business performance management and/or financial management and 5+ years with increased responsibility in relevant business steering or finance related field. Moreover you have retail, or other relevant business experience, a strong ability to prioritise and multi task and ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
You have knowledge in following areas:
• very good knowledge, or keen interest and ambition to build competence within an assigned functional area within Business Navigation
• good knowledge of retail and/or Digital business, and an interest in the IKEA concept, its Brand identity, Culture & Values and strategic directions
• good knowledge of retail and/or Digital business, financial and operational processes, their inter-dependencies and how to work through them
• good understanding of data science, new technologies, analytics and their wide ranging application in business context
• good knowledge of project management processes including methods and tools; and how to integrate them

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Group Digital Business Navigation Analyst is a member of one of the functional areas within Group Digital Business Navigation, contributing to the success of the Group Digital businesses by maintaining, coordinating and further developing assigned financial plans, parts of the business performance management framework, investment plans and connected tools and working methods.
The Group Business Navigation Analyst works together with Group Digital Business Navigators and BN Business Partners to support planning, performance management and decision support processes in the businesses, group functions and service functions, preparing analyses, insights and recommendations.
The Group Digital Business Navigation Analyst is assigned to one of the functional areas within Group Business Navigation, contributing to the development of the functional agenda across Group Digital and in relevant cases all of Ingka.
You will:
• Prepare and distribute analyses, insights and recommendations related to Group Digital business performance, investment plans, financial position and risks as assigned.
• Maintain, coordinate and produce assigned financial plans, budgets and forecasts; further develop parts of the business performance management framework; maintain and develop investment plans and connected tools, processes and working methods.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new ways of steering and measuring the business
• Support the operation and development of an assigned functional area within Group Digital Business Navigation, developing and implementing relevant business steering principles, policies, frameworks and tools.
• Contribute to business performance management and financial decision support of Group Digital
• Support the implementation of Ingka Financial Strategy, planning, resource allocation and performance management within Group Digital
In this role you will report to the Group Digital Business Navigation Business Partner.
This role is located in Malmö.
