Aarhus Karlshamn is currently looking for a Group Controller and IR support. The role is broad and will serve as a challenge and opportunity on an international area. The position is located at the headquarters in Malmö. You will report to the Director of Group Controlling and Investor Relations and be part of the Corporate Finance team, interacting with Group CEO and CFO. For the right candidate and if the interest is there, there could be a possibility of working in one of AAK's subsidiaries/business areas after some years.
Mainresponsibilities and tasks will involve:
Controlling
• Participate in following-up on financial performance and interacting with subsidiaries/business areas
• Provide regular forecasts for management
• Make monthly analysis with focus on the management reporting
• Develop and improve our models for management reporting
• Provide the management with monthly analysis of KPI's Assist in budget process
• Provide ad-hoc analysis
• Benchmark analysis
• Prepare financial presentations to the Executive Committee, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors
• Make weekly and/or monthly analysis of our Treasury operations
Investor Relations
• Prepare investor relations presentations
• Develop and improve our IR presentations
• Secure that IR information at
www.aak.com is up to date
• Develop the IR section at
www.aak.com• Assist in arranging annual capital market days and annual general meeting
• Prepare company presentations
Candidate profile
You have 3-5 years experience in a controlling/accounting team in an international company or from one of the leading audit firms. You have been exposed to corporate reporting, monthly closing process and management controlling. You have a university degree in business administration (controlling/accounting). You are proficient in Swedish and English both oral and written. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. You are an extrovert analytical team player with a large interest for communicating financial information. Further you are ambitious and have a proactive and dynamic personality, powerful self drive and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
