www.nederman.comNederman is currently looking for a Group Controller reporting directly to the CFO. The role as Group Controller is one that suits an experienced accounting and finance professional looking for a broad position, in which you can develop both personally and professionally in a growing group. The position is located in Helsingborg and will include travel. For the right candidate and if the interest is there, there could be a possibility of working in one of Nederman’s subsidiaries after some years.
Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for the overall analysis of the Group result
• Coordinate and secure that adequate tools are in place and properly used
• Support senior management with relevant analysis in order to achieve company targets and commitments
• Be responsible for the budget and forecasting processes, follow up and analysis
• Prepare presentation material for top management & Board
• Initiate and drive corrective actions by finding, understanding & communicating complex issues and their impact through KPIs
• Analysis of potential acquisitions
• Actively participate in the process of Due Dilligence together with CFO
• Actively develop cross functional networks to more effectively drive standardization in the analysis, reporting and presentation of the group’s performance
Qualifications and Personality
We think that you have an academic degree with focus on Economics and Business Administration, and a minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Controller in an international, manufacturing environment. Experience as a leader is an advantage. To be successful in this position you need to be a self-motivated individual with a proven interest in business. You have a strong drive as well as being a structured individual. Further you are a hands on, pragmatic problem solver unafraid to explore new areas. You have the ability to take initiative and interact in a cross functional environment and to present complicated details in a clear and simple manner. You perform your work with a high level of integrity and in a thorough and accurate way. You are proficient in English both oral and written. You have strong Excel and IT competence. We expect you to be a solid communicator, able to build relationships, both within and outside the organization.
