This is a 12 months temporary position for a maternity leave, starting October 2009.

Description
The main purposes of the job are to support strategic goals by ensuring adequate reporting and analysing of business areas and costs centers. The person should also ensure stability and dynamics of the group reporting and analysis platforms. Cooperation with and support to, local finance departments in group entities in daily operations, are also essential tasks.
Responsibilities
• Closing process and accurate accounting procedures
• Track savings, sales, cash flow and other result areas identified
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Super User of the Group Business Intelligence systems and the group reporting system
• Coordinate and analyse financial information
• Involve and encourage entities in re-designing financial work-flows
• Assist in projects related to merge and acquisitions
• Involvement in structure, best practice and report related projects
• Weekly, monthly and forecast reporting
• Ad hoc analysis
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration or Economics, preferably with focus on accounting is required, or other relevant education. To have worked in an international environment, with group accounting and consolidation, which require a specific reporting structure is preferable. It is an advantage if you have worked with Business Intelligence Platforms and database management.
As a person you should be inspired by problem solving analysis and have a cross functional awareness. You must have a driving force, be able to build and maintain relationships, and at the same time be tenacious. It is also of great importance that you are communicative and service minded.
