As Group controller you will be a part of the Global Controlling Team and have the responsibility for direct supervision of all accounting and financial functions.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
This position provides an excellent opportunity to a dynamic and ambitious person with a penchant for numbers and reports as well as analyses.
As Group controller you will have the responsibility for direct supervision of all accounting and financial functions. Primary responsibilities include compilation and maintenance of reports in and with company's ERP system and enhancement and development of reporting requirements, monthly reporting for the owner, annual preparation of a budget and monthly review and business partnering for a dedicated function within IFS. The Corporate Controller will also be part of a team that creates and implements policies and procedures to identify, resolve and document accounting issues in addition to creating procedures to make the close and reporting processes more efficient and accurate.
You will be given trust and responsibility and are expected to:
• Be credible, ethical due to full disclosure and with a clean financial history
• Have exceptional computer skills in the operation and functioning of all programs used by the organization, esp. DB handling, but also standard Microsoft 365
• Be able to analyze, organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information
• Be task and goal oriented and capable of functioning in an entrepreneurial and corporate setting

To be successful
To be a successful Group controller at IFS your mindset will be the key factor, but to get even further we would like you to have a relevant academic degree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.), preferably from university or equivalent in the area of Business Administration with major in Controlling; Statistics, Mathematics or similar.
We are looking for someone with 5 years or more (post university) experience in controlling, ideally within an international corporation or similar, handling of reporting with multi-dimensional DB
To be able to handle the job you need to be able to handle complex and global processes within a high paced environment.
