The Group CFO is responsible for overseeing the financial operations, strategy, and performance across the entire group of companies. This role involves managing the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes while ensuring alignment with the group's strategic objectives. The Group CFO will work closely with the executive leadership teams to drive financial performance, support growth initiatives, and ensure the financial health and sustainability of the group.

Who you are:
A minimum of 10+ years of progressive financial experience, including at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role such as CFO, Group CFO, or equivalent, preferably in a large, diversified group or multinational corporation
Extensive experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, and strategic financial management
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial structures, including multi-entity consolidation, international finance, and treasury management
