Telia is on a mission to create a Better Telia and reinvent better connected living through our digital connectivity, our digital experiences, and our digital infrastructure. We are now looking to strengthen Group Finance with a role that will work close to our CFO and Group Business Control unit.
If you like to work in international fast paced environment, this is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Group CFO and Group Business Control in one of the largest companies in Sweden. Moreover, you will get an exceptional and close understanding of how a listed multinational company is managed, while you build your own management skillset by working with business driven and strong financially competent professional colleagues. This experience will also give you a possibility to build a strong senior network within Telia Company and the telecom industry.
The position is a permanent employment and reports to the Group CFO of Telia Company, Per-Christian Mørland and Group Business Control. The position is located at Telia Company's headquarters in Solna. In this role you will divide your time between the CFO Office and Group Business Control.
There will be a broad variety of responsibilities, covering the whole spectra from project management, planning of management team meetings, Board presentation preparation and participate in investment discussions - to mention some!
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Driving the Group Analysis for Telia Group
Preparing analysis and material to Group Executive Management and Board of Directors
Supporting CFO Management Team and Group Business Control with ad-hoc analysis and requests
Leading and/or participating in strategic business & finance projects across Telia Company - including business case preparation & follow-up
Contributing to CFO Management Team by being involved in selected areas, such as investments and M&A, financing, investor relations
Participating in and planning CFO Management Team meetings and conferences and follow-up actions, decisions and Finance Leadership priorities
Is this you?
We want you have a solid interest in finance with the ambition to grow and develop within that field. You are used to interacting with senior management teams and has a shown leadership interest and potential. We like you to have a high energy level, to be curious with a positive attitude and with the willingness to be hands-on in you work! Furthermore, you have experience from and knowledge of tools for both qualitative and quantitative, strategic-, financial- and business analysis. To be successful in this role you need to be well organized and with great communication skills in English.

Your experience:
Approximately 2-5 years of relevant professional experience from a well-renowned firm; e.g.in the fields of transaction services, management consulting, investment banking, or from a strategic and finance-oriented role in another company
Academic background, preferably with a master's degree in Business or Engineering
International experience is beneficial
Experience in Telecom and Technology sector meriting
