Your Responsibilities
The solution landscape at IKEA is complex and with evolving business needs, there is a need to ensure Customer Fulfilment solution users are supported to ensure they have solutions that are fit for use and users are confident in using the solutions to meet the business needs.
Within the Group CFF organisation, Group CFF Business Support is responsible for ensuring Customer Fulfilment functions in the markets are supported with solutions and ways of working that will meet the ambitions of the company. Within Group CFF Business Support, a range of services are offered, including managing solution issues on behalf of the markets, driving enhancements, operational improvements and ensuring users are supported to optimally utilise the solutions provided. We work closely with our co-workers in the markets, Group Digital and other solution providers to ensure solutions are best placed to meet the business needs.
We have an exciting role available within Business Support with focus on Service Fulfilment Operations Support.
The purpose of this role is to be a key member in a high-performing Business Support setup by working in close cooperation and co-creation with the totality of Customer Fulfilment, Retail and the Digital Unit.
As Specialist you will have the following key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Digital Unit and other development partners to address problem incidents
• Manage change requests in focus area
• Contribute to prioritisation process
• Manage others or provide directly business subject matter expertise to business development
• Responsible that a market is ready to receive the solution for assigned area of responsibility
• Work jointly with colleagues in Group Customer Fulfilment to design and drive delivery of improvement initiatives towards the markets
• Manage the delivery of training of new features, changes and improvements to the Solution Responsible community
• Manage the Solution Responsible network, including communication, on-boarding training and developing local competence in assigned area
• Ensure clear communication of solution deliveries to markets
We believe as Specialist, you have good operational knowledge, with business system understanding of Centiro and ISOM.
This position is located in Malmö, Sweden.

Fulfilment Development and Multichannel Network function will contribute to this objective by:
• Enabling that the process "Make our Products and Services Available" and CFF operations contribute to IKEA becoming the world's leading multichannel home furnishing retailer through both continuous improvement and transformational changes
• Taking the lead to design and develop an excellent, end-to-end multichannel network in strong collaboration with the markets through a matrix relationship.
• Striving for high performance at the lowest cost and long-term profitability acting responsibly and thereby create great customer experience
