Are you looking for a new challenge within business controlling? Then you have the possibility to join one of Europe 's leading fashion chains. We are looking for a Group Business Controlling Manager to our team at Lindex head office in Gothenburg,
You will have a group perspective of Lindex business involving HQ departments, production offices and subsidiaries. You are responsible for the Management reporting of the financial result and KPI 's to Stockmann, Lindex Board and Lindex Management Group. In this role you also work closely together with the Director of Finance and the CEO concerning the financial outcome, short and long term forecasts, strategy and continuous development of the business.
As Group Business Controlling Manager you work together with your team consisting of three Business Controllers that are also super users in systems of great importance for the follow-up of the business.
Main responsibilities : -Monthly management reporting -Controlling for AB Lindex -Board meeting materials & presentation for Lindex Board and Stockmann Board and other presentations requested by CEO or CFO -Lindex Group Budgeting process & CAPEX budget which involves consolidating and collecting information from several departments and subsidiaries -Short- & long term forecasting (Strategy) -Follow-up strategic KPI 's -Ad hoc assignment -Develop the role and it 's tools To succeed in this role you need to have a strong drive and high flexibility in order to manage the many ad hoc assignments that are handled in the role. A good ability to make analysis and benchmarks is also required. Since the role contains many contacts with different stakeholders there is a need for good organizational and structural skills.
Qualifications: - Higher studies of business and finance are required. (Economics or business School graduate) -Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience is essential -Leadership experience is meritorious -Experience in retail -Computer skills: Good knowledge in both excel and power point -Language skills: English in speech and writing
