About us
Group Business Control is a part Group Finance located at Group Headquarters in Stockholm city. The team consists of two Group Business Controllers, a BI & Analytics Manager and is led by the Vice President Group Business Control & Strategic Financial Planning. The team provides insightful analysis to Group Management, the Board of Directors and other internal and external stakeholders supporting decision making. Group Business Control owns Group's budget, forecasting and investment request processes. Together with other finance functions, controllers and Business Division CFO 's, Group Business Control work to ensure that the Group's operational reporting reflects Husqvarna's operational structure and business model.
About the job
As a Group Business Controller your main tasks include providing Group Management and the Board of Directors with analysis and financial reports in connection to the monthly closings, and ensure accuracy, consistency and quality of financial follow-up.
Other central work duties include
Lead and participate in various Group wide projects
Prepare presentation material for Group Management, Board of Directors and other stakeholders
Identify and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and other internal customers
In this role you will report to the Vice President Group Business Control & Strategic Financial Planning. The position is located in Stockholm.
Your profile
To succeed in this role you have great analytical skills, you understand large and complex data and can structure and simplify this is in a good way. You perform your work tasks thoroughly and with high quality making sure standards are met even at times with tight deadlines and high workload. As this role includes collaboration with different levels in the organization it is important that you are an effective communicator and can share and present your analysis and findings in a constructive way. You possess high integrity and are not afraid of challenging peoples mindsets in order to meet set goals.
Required skills
5-10 years' relevant experience e.g. from business control, auditing or management consulting, preferably including a role as a Group Business Controller in recent years
Bachelor or master's degree in business or engineering
Knowledge of accounting
Microsoft Excel and Power Point power user
Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
Good to have:
Experience working in a manufacturing company
Experience working in an international environment
