hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Ipco Sweden AB i Sandviken We are looking for a Business Controller who will be reporting to the Group Manager Financial Operations. The team consists of Group Reporting and Consolidation and Group Business Control, where Business Control supports IPCO Group with follow-up on different KPI's and proactively suggests and leads corrective actions. You will be part of the IPCO Group Finance team, which includes CFO, Group Financial Operations, Group Tax. Legal and Group Treasury.
Content of work:
• Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing activities and reporting, as well as Ad-Hoc reporting.
• Forecasting and budgeting, compile and review the forecast and budget for IPCO Group.
• Participate in analysing sales and performance, and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Support and develop HQ functions in follow up, analysing and evaluating the cost base, eventual capex requirements and being the sounding board for cost centre responsible.
• Optimize and follow up on performance measurements, including the preparation, maintenance, and analysis of variations from forecasting of group measurements, like product mix, cost follow up and cash flow.
• Follow up of statistics, taking into consideration actual and past performance, maintain accurate trending records when it comes to sales, profitability, and cash flows.
• Actively participating and may take lead in projects related to finance but also other group processes
Required qualifications
• The employee can work independently toward given objectives
• The employee is responsible for obtaining and processing necessary information, interpreting, explaining, and driving performance within the business
• That sensitive or confidential information is not to be disseminated outside the department
• Self-motivated with ability to develop new ways of doing things (improve processes, reporting etc)
• Ability to question and challenge existing working methods and processes
Experience
• Business Control experience from earlier positions
• Good IT skills, IPCO is currently working in AARO, M3 (Movex), Excel, and Power BI.
Education
• Degree in business administration
• Fluent in Swedish and English

The position requires some degree of travel to our subsidiaries globally.
Location is at the IPCO headquarter in Sandviken
