The Job
We are looking for a Business controller to our Group Business controlling team. You will work in an international environment,
where one of your main assignments will be to support one of our market areas
with financial and operational follow-up, support in the budget and forecast
preparations and related tasks. You will also work actively to improve and
develop processes related to your and the Business controlling team's areas of
responsibility. Other tasks will include support in follow-up of our leasing
business and participation in the recurring reporting tasks of Business
controlling.
We offer a position that combines reporting and analytical tasks with development and improvement of business and reporting
processes. It is a varied role with contacts with many parts of the
organisation, in an international context with colleagues based in different
locations.
We expect you to have a degree in business administration (preferably with focus on finance and/or accounting) and a few
years of experience from business controlling or a similar position. English is
our group language and excellent skills in Excel are important. You should have
some experience of working with extraction and analysis of data from data
warehouses. Knowledge of leasing business is a plus, as well as experience of
iScala or Cognos controller.
We think this role within Business controlling will suit a person with an interest in business support, business processes and the
will to drive improvement. To succeed you should have an open mindset, have
good analytical and logical abilities and appreciate the combination of
recurring and ad hoc tasks. You will work both individually and as part of
different teams.
