Overview
As a part of strengthening our Group Business Control function we are looking for a Group Business Controller to join our Stockholm based team. The role is a key member of SCA’s Finance Community and is part of the team responsible for providing insightful commercial analysis to senior management as well as initiating and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the Business Control Network. The role reports to Vice President Group Business Control and the position is located in Stockholm.

Main Tasks
Provide insightful financial analysis to senior management on a regular basis that in an effective and efficient manner gives factual information on the Group's performance
Actively monitor and analyze Understand and develop insights on projected Category, product and market profitability and market share development in key markets.
Identify and proactively provide recommendations and prioritizations to senior management on corrective actions to reach best in class performance.
Actively contribute to drive the analytical reviews in line with both internal and external needs.
Take an active involvement in the financial planning process including analytical output and target setting
Responsible for managing execution and implementation of identified process and performance improvement initiatives in line with strategy
Develops and maintains the Group’s investment models and takes an active involvement in Resource Allocation management across the Group

Key Competencies
The job holder should have at least 2-4 years of relevant experience from Commercial Finance positions such as but not limited to Business Control, M&A, or Business Intelligence positions and must possess a Finance/Commercial degree.

Very strong analytical capability
Demonstrated expertise or knowledge in an FMCG environment
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to handle complexity and deal with ambiguity
Demonstrated understanding of operating in a matrix organization
User expertise in intelligence tools (Business Warehouse) and group reporting tool (AARO or similar)
Advanced MS Office skills
Fluent in English
