We are now looking for a Group Accounting Manager to join and lead our accounting team. We think that the right person for this role has a broad generalist experience in accounting and finance and thrives in fast-growing organisations like KRY. In this role, you will be responsible for all end-to-end financial processes including corporate accounting, statutory reporting, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. As Group Accounting Manager you will be part of the Finance team, report to Head of Finance and work together with internal stakeholders all over KRY Group as well as in contact with our external partners. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and ensuring correct internal and external reporting in the KRY group.
What you will do:
• Consolidate accounting monthly and prepare report for the board.
• Cash management and cash flow forecast
• Act as project manager for annual reports and tax returns.
• Lead projects to enable the accounting team to manage the scale up of the business, in regards of accounting and tax.
• Main point of contact and coordinate reporting with accounting firms, for local expertise, in the different markets and coordinate with auditors, tax authorization, banks, financial advisors and other external parties.
• Report financials to investors.
Who are you?
• 5-8 years of work experience with broad knowledge of accounting in a fast-growing company.
• Meritorious with previous experience from working at one of the big four accounting firms.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management/Administration.
• Strong skills in accounting and consolidation (Swedish GAAP and IFRS).
• Experience from working hands on with accounting.
• Experience from working in a fast-growing company.
• Experience from reporting to board.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; internal as well as external stakeholders - ability to influence operating in cross functional teams.
• Analytical and thorough with high attention to details.
• Project Manager experience, excellent skills in starting and completing projects.
• Self-starter with a solution driven approach.
• Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English, verbal and in writing.
