hela Sverige An opportunity has arisen to join a leading company in the environmental technology sector as a Group Accountant. As a Group Accountant at Nederman you contribute to the monthly financial consolidation process and you have daily communication with the Group's subsidiaries globally. You will be joining an established finance team and report to the Group Accounting Manager. This is a hands on role which would be an ideal move for a person who has a drive to continually improve processes and seek new challenges.
Main responsibilities
• Involved in monthly, quarterly, and year end reporting, including the consolidated results.
• Drive and manage continuous improvement to the reporting and consolidation process.
• Preparation of Annual report for the group.
• Contribute to ensure that financial reporting is performed accurately & to prescribed timescales and quality standards.
• Liaise closely with the subsidiaries responding to internal & external queries in a prompt manner.
• Involved in driving major IFRS projects and other projects.
• Coordination of group transfer pricing documentation.
We are looking for
You have a University degree in Finance and at least 3 years of work experience from consolidation of financial statements and IFRS at an international company with high reporting requirements and/or equivalent experience from an auditing firm. You have a highly numeric/strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a great interest in the consolidation process. It is an advantage with experience of Cognos Controller or similar. You have very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
