hela Sverige Over the course of the past five years we have grown to a business of over 1800 Instaboxers united by a single purpose; providing the smoothest shipping experience known to man. We allow our customers to shop from any of our e-commerce partners and pick up their products in one of our conveniently located Instaboxes. We're fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. Our home markets in the Nordics constitute the cornerstone of our business and continue to grow in size and complexity. For this reason we now find ourselves in need of a Group Accountant to our HQ in Stockholm.
What you will be doing
As a Group Accountant at Instabox, you will make sure that we have correct accounting and effective processes. You will be a part of a team consisting of a financial controller and our Head of Accounting whom you will also be reporting to. You will be involved in the accounting for both our holding company and our Group company but also be responsible for consolidation of the group accounts and financial reporting. We're a fast-growing company so the tasks and assignments will vary and shift with short notice, but your main focus will include, but not be limited to:
• Monthly consolidation
• Providing financial data to the company in an expedient and accurate manner
• Ensuringing the quality of accounting for group and holding companies
• Cooperating with colleagues, auditors, and other stakeholders
• Helping colleagues and support accountants in your team
• Developing processes and routines
Who you are
To succeed in this role we will place great emphasis on your personality and collaboration skills as you will interact with multiple stakeholders across the businessIn addition to that we are also looking for you who have:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years' experience in accounting and consolidation
• Experience in working in Netsuite
• Knowledge about IFRS
• Worked in an international company
Preferred qualifications:
• Ability to think creatively, problem solve and work independently
• You are detail orientated and a high level of pride in your work
• Proven ability working in a fast-paced, team environment with experience of developing processes and routines to streamline and improve working methods and flows
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
