We are looking for a Greeter to the Reception at our office site in Sockerbruket in Helsingborg. As a Greeter you will be a part of Ingka AB 's Workplace support team.
We are looking for you with the passion for providing great customer service!
We believe that you are an open person with the social skills to meet and build relationship with visitors and colleagues every day and that you are excited about helping people deliver to their goals.
• You are service minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• You are flexible and like that all days doesn't look the same.
• You have a positive attitude and a willingness to renew and improve.
• You are a team player, always willing to support, living the IKEA values.
• You have an education within event or customer service, or the equivalent work experience incl experience of working with booking systems.
• You enjoy coordinate large meetings, events and Welcome Tours of the office.
• You have good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Teams.
• You communicate effectively both spoken and written, in English and Swedish, and relay information accurately with a high attention to details.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will ensure a positive and inspiring welcome and give support that creates a better working day for our co-workers and many visitors.
Your main tasks will be to:
• As the first point of contact at Sockerbruket, it is our responsibility to ensure that our co-workers and visitors feel welcomed and have the information needed for their seamless day in the office.
• Manage the day-to-day office operations in the reception, including cooperation with the other support functions.
• Manage and support visitor's registrations and security at the gates.
• Inspire co-workers and be an ambassador for the workplace.
• To reshape our business into a hybrid workplace we need your curiosity, courage, patience, you learning insights, your creativity and ideas.
• Constantly grow and expand personal knowledge, capabilities and motivation with IKEA values close at heart.
