hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos After Monkey AB i Stockholm Your role as Sous chef is to have full control & responsibility of the kitchen whilst the Head Chef is not in the business.
It will be necessary for you to support the kitchen manager in making sure the kitchen operates within the financial budgets of the business, specifically keeping the kitchen food costs in line with the targets.
In the days that you are responsible for the kitchen you must work with the Restaurant Manager to ensure that the business stays within its labour budget by reacting to the demands of the trade.
A critical role of the Sous Chef will be to ensure that the kitchen service operates in a fast and efficient manager, and within the business's service guides, whilst also producing dishes that are to the highest standards.
