Are you skilled in graphical design tools and have experience in text-editing and producing marketing material in both digital and printed form? Mabtech is a Swedish biotech company that was founded in 1986 by scientists at the Department of Immunology, Stockholm University. Today Mabtech is considerably larger but still dedicated team that shares an enthusiasm for biomedical research and science, particularly in the field of immunology. Mabtech's mission is to assist other researchers with high-quality, dependable research tools and expert technical support.
Mabtech is currently looking for a graphic designer / content creator to join their marketing team. In this role your main responsibility is to produce graphical and written content for online platforms and printed material as well as increasing Mabtech's digital presence. You will work closely with the other members of the marketing team, and translate scientific and technical texts, documents and images into both printed and online content destined for Mabtech's end customers.
You will be part of the Market and Sales team and your responsibilities will include, but will not be restricted to:
• Creating layouts and designs for digital and printed marketing material
• Production of graphical and written content for Mabtech's website
• Layout for application notes, data sheets and other external documents
• Writing and updating social media and maintaining news updates
• Help out with digital marketing strategies
• Proof reading scientific as well as marketing material

Qualifications and experience
For this roll we are looking for candidates with excellent skills in visual design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. We believe you have an education in either communication/illustrative design or similar, alternatively a Masters or Bachelors degree in biomedicine, biology or similar with acquired skills in visual design. You have a track record of producing text and images or marketing material, and experience with online media such as websites, blogs, producing / editing video etc.
