hela Sverige We are now looking for a creative Graphic designer for our brands O'Learys, Harrys and Sing Sing Karaoke. The Graphic designer is responsible to create visual concepts that inspires, tells stories, and captivates. You're a focused self-starter, who takes direction and elevates it. You're also a team player, working with the Marketing Team and other stake holders to create graphic design according to the brands visual identities.
Responsibilities/work tasks:
• Produce graphic design for our franchisees such as menus, social media material, print, digital, in-store etc.
• Create graphic design for all our campaigns and other activities.
• Produce new graphic designs within both image and video animation and other creative elements including but not limited to photo and video direction, graphic design, art direction etc.
• A great project manager who can manage different projects and both pre-production and post-production.
• Create, plan posts (copy + graphics) and publish material for social media such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Ensure that all projects are within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Develop consistent visual voice across all materials.
• Be part of photoshoots when needed.
• Create graphic templates in our Marketing Portal for all brands that our franchisees can use in everyday local marketing.
• Develop do-and-don'ts and share best practices with our franchisees to use in their local marketing.
• As part of the Marketing Team your tasks may vary and you will also help other marketing functions with for example webpage, marketing portal, printed material etc.
Desired experiences and skills:
• You preferably have at least 1-2 years' experience as Graphic Designer or a Bachelor 's Degree in relevant field.
• Fluency in Swedish and English required. Other languages are a plus.
• Advanced knowledge in Graphic / Art Design or related discipline preferred and programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects.
• Bonus if you have been working with retouching of images and videos.
• Strong attention to detail when finalizing designs.
• Able to work independently and as a tightly integrated member of the Marketing team, in a fast-paced production environment with an ability to simplify and execute.
