The global marketing organisation supports several subsidiaries and 60+ distributors worldwide, where design and communication are essential parameters. In our in-house creative team, we now continue our journey to take the global TePe brand to the next level, where you, our new graphic designer, will play a pivotal role.
You have a great interest in artwork and design and find an outlet for your bursting creativity in your work. You have a sense for seeing how details lead to added value of the overall customer and consumer experience, for example by absorbing information from different stakeholders translating that information into target group-adapted graphic communication. A big chunk of your skills and creativity is within the visual design of images and text. You may also have some experience in animation and 3D (we would love that, but it's not a must). The assignments are many and range over the whole globe, but that's not a problem since you are a master in prioritising, producing, and developing those assignments together with the rest of our creative team.
You are an expert in understanding the business and making things happen and are not thrown off course by the fact that we operate in a setting where structure and processes still need to be put in place. You like being in a digital context where rapid changes on a global scene are commonplace. You're a natural collaborator with a can-do attitude. You bring new ideas to the table; you welcome open feedback and openly share your feedback with others. One of your many talents is building and maintaining good relationships, both with clients, but also within our TePe Family.
In this role you will be responsible for creating design at the highest level together with the creative team, so we believe you have experience and wicked skills in
• Creating appealing graphic design, both print and digital, that catches the eye and helps us gain market share
• Development of concepts and campaigns for a global audience
• Combining great design with the work of other team members in the creative team
• Development of packaging design
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
• At least five years of experience as a graphic designer
• Experience in producing communication, both B2B and B2C, in a global context
• Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Master the Office package and find it easy to learn new systems.
• A broad knowledge of graphic design and trends in the industry
• Proficiency and ease of use in English (both spoken and written), preferably also in Swedish
• Focus and quality in your deliveries
If you also have the following skills, you will be a step ahead of others:
• Premiere and After Effects
• Experience in 3D design
