They make brands loved, services popular and products sold out. They are developing strategies, telling stories, designing commercial art and coding cool stuff in an open environment. On their behalf, we're looking for the next addition to the design team.
You're a seasoned visual explorer with a great deal of love for brand development, graphic excellence, communication and visual expressions. You excel in all aspects of graphic design and equally confident in leading graphic production, digital as well as print.
You have the ability to explore and promote your own visions. You can develop visual identities from scratch, create visual concepts and art direct the production to ensure above par delivery. You understand how and why boldness, innovation and creativity can help clients reach their goals.
As a creative you will work directly with clients and pitch for new business. You will lead the design process. You will creatively guide and contribute to projects from idea to final execution. Refine designs concepts and visions together with, developers, interaction designers, copywriters, strategists and clients. As our client is a growing family you will have the possibility to use your talent and visionary thinking to evolve your career as well as the company.
Your curiosity and work experience has left you with excellent design skills, plus a broad understanding of storytelling and interactivity. You might have a history in traditional media, but you are no stranger to online strategy and digital production. But what's most important is your creativity and that you have an unafraid way of thinking.

• Years of work-experience from a design agency working within a creative team.
• Great understanding of brand identities, brand strategies and brand movement.
• Excellent understanding of communication principles.
• Pride and responsibility for the final finnish of both digital and printed products.
• An interest in psychology, anthropology, emotion and play!
• An interest in new technologies, services and how they affect life and business.
• A curious nature that make the last two bullets go without saying.
• Great people skills.
• Great presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a group.
• Well spoken English and aspiration to work internationally.
