We are looking for an experienced, passionate, creative, digital-savvy Graphics Designer to help us build Blueair's global brand imagery through production of skills and moving graphics particularly for digital-first execution.
Your future role
At Blueair we strive to gain and support the next generation of innovators in the market, and we are on a hunt for a Graphic Designer to add to our Global Marketing team.
Your main responsibilities will include working with brand and digital team to ensure the consumer experience is excellent in all touch points. You will also be the key partner with internal stakeholders for the creation of moving and still design assets.
Support Global Brand Marketing Communications with graphic brand design and responsible for producing all the creative ideas and audio-visual outputs
Responsible for designing static and dynamic content quickly using both manual and automated design tools
Responsible for creating animated contents like GIFs and digital banners as well as edit long-form videos into social media content as per the latest and relevant platform specifications
Contribute to global packaging design strategy and manage execution
Consult global organization in brand and graphic guidance
Who You Are
To be successful in this role, we believe that you are an experienced graphics designer with a passion for being creative and can influence others. As this role requires interactions with various stakeholders, locally and globally, you need to have the ability to communicate clearly new creative ideas and have a proactive mindset. Service-mindedness will be key in this role. You need to effectively manage through diverse tasks and where to put your best efforts. You need to possess a strong design aesthetic, as well as good communication skills, both spoken and written, as well as visual. You should be self-driven and motivated.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a graphics designer
You have excellent knowledge and usage of Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
You have excellent knowledge and usage of Premier and/or other production-level audio-visual editing programs is also an added advantage
You need to have a good level of English fluency
