Marshall Group is the audio, tech, and design powerhouse uniting musicians and music lovers through genre-breaking innovation. Our flagship brand, Marshall, is uniquely positioned with over 60 years of rock 'n' roll attitude on stage, at home, and on the go. Our iconic products are brought to life by a dedicated team of 800 passionate employees and sold in over 90 markets worldwide.
Right now, we need to strengthen our Creative Services team with a Graphic designer who will focus on digital platforms.

What you'll do:
As a Designer within the Creative Services team, you play a key role in bringing the brand to life across day-to-day creative output. You focus on the execution and adaptation of design assets for digital, social, print, retail, and product-related channels. You translate existing concepts and direction into final artwork, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines and channel requirements. You work closely with Art Directors, Senior Designers, and Creative Producers to refine layouts, build assets, and prepare deliverables for production. In this role, you maintain high standards of craft and attention to detail, helping ensure our visual expression remains cohesive and identifiable across all brand touchpoints.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design visually compelling assets that communicate the brand's blend of technology and lifestyle across various touchpoints.
Produce content for digital platforms (.com, social media, email), retail, packaging, presentations, and print.
Ensure all design output aligns with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and platform-specific best practices.
Work closely with project managers, production managers, copywriters, art directors, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaign experiences.
Apply visual consistency, layout principles, and accessibility standards across all design work.
Stay current with design, technology, and cultural trends to help keep the brand relevant and forward-thinking.
Maintain high standards of typography, layout, image treatment, and responsive design across projects.
Drive design execution for product launches, and cross-platform initiatives.
Stay updated, follow and contribute to guidelines, toolkits, and processes that support consistent brand expression.
Collaborate with Art Directors, Creative Directors, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive work.
Present and articulate design ideas confidently to internal stakeholders.

Who we're looking for:
You bring strong design execution skills across both digital and print formats, supported by excellent knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. You're detail-oriented with a craft-focused mindset and you thrive in collaborative environments, comfortably refining and adjusting work in real time together with Art Directors and Designers.
You have a solid understanding of visual storytelling and cultural trends, along with strong time-management skills that help you balance multiple projects at once. You also have experience creating engaging assets for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and newsletters. You feel confident working within established brand systems and enjoy contributing to brand and toolkit development. You hold a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role
Proven experience working across multiple marketing channels (e.g., social, digital, print, experiential, packaging, POS)
Experience collaborating in cross-functional and international creative teams
Familiarity with brand development, campaign execution, and working within established brand guidelines.
