Event & Exhibition is responsible for project management and build-up of Scania CV Events and Exhibitions. Some examples of projects that we are involved in are; international trade shows like Bauma, IAA, Busworld and MinExpo, image projects such as the Young European Truck Driver final and marketing introduction projects such as that of the Scania Streamline.
We are looking to strengthen our team with Graphic designer who is ready to take on the challenge of our deliveries in graphic design related to Events and Exhibitions.
Your responsibilities
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for handling graphic for Events and Exhibitions that we are responsible for. You will be creating originals from ideas and concepts, making sure that they follow Scanias graphic guidelines. You will be responsible that the graphics meets Scanias quality demands both for layout and resolution.
You will work closely with our internal assignors, and Marketing Communications developing, refining and securing the quality and protecting the Scania Brand at Scanias Events and Exhibitions.
The role includes working operations:
• From an idea, concept or sketch create Graphic originals to be used in Events and Exhibitions
• Refine and adapt existing originals
• Print and foil graphic elements
• Creation of original layouts from Power point sketches
• Administration of print originals
Your profile .You have a deep knowledge in Graphic Design and creation of original layouts.
• You have experience from the event and exhibition industry.
• You have deep knowledge in pixel graphic as well as vector graphic editing and creation.
• Deep knowledge in the use of Adobe Photoshop and Indesign.
• Deep knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
• You are self-motivated, positive and have the ability to both motivate and make demands on your project teams.
• You have the ability to see develop ideas to final concepts.
• We expect you to have good and well documented experience of Graphic design.
You have a University degree or equal experience related to graphic or exhibition industry. Certain product knowledge as well as good knowledge of Scania and the Scania business is an advantage. You are communicative and can express yourself fluently in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
