The European Product Management (EPM) department, part of Business Unit Health and Medical Solutions, is a strong contributor to the Inco business, and is responsible for driving and owning the TENA Incontinence assortment. EPM has a key decision making and business oriented role and cooperates closely with the Global Category, R&D, Supply, and the markets.
We are now looking to recruit a person experienced in Graphic Design to join our Graphic Design Team within EPM.
In the Graphic Design Team, we manage design implementation on all printed materials by adapting master design. We manage artwork creation and roll out for both innovation projects as well as for market requests, and are in daily contact with artwork and repro agencies.
This is a temporary position, until 30th of June 2019, and will be based in Gothenburg.
Main Tasks
Participate and contribute in design development (from brief to final master design) by providing technical expertise on how to meet design expectations in print.
Manage design implementation on all printed materials by adapting master design for the entire assortment (artwork per article) in both projects & activities.
Responsible for approving artwork according to master design, colour scheme and technical specification.
Responsible for approving printed material according to the Essity Colour Target System.
Accountable for Essity Colour Target System. Secure print quality of all printed material and continuously raise the Essity print standards to the top level within our business areas.
Drive towards cost efficient solutions for design implementation, artwork, repro work and print.
Manage and follow up budgets & forecast for graphic design related costs.
Key Competencies
Fully proficient in English, both verbally and written
University degree or equivalent in relevant field
Preferably at least 3-5 years' experience in similar position
High Business interest and understanding (customer and market)
Structured way of working with a pragmatic and hands-on approach
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in international networks
Colour and print knowledge; knowledge about different printing techniques, fundamental of colours, prepress.
Basic knowledge in Graphic Design software's
Knowledge in printability and print outcome
Ideally experience in print design/artwork for packaging
Project management skills
