YOUR CHALLENGE
You will work in close co-operation and interact with TMHE central top- and middle-management as well as our local Market and Sales Companies and Supply units. The base location is Brussels, Belgium however you will be deployed in other countries during the 24-months program.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a recently graduated with a Master degree and you speak English fluently.
THE TRAINEE PROGRAM IS BUILT UP BY FIVE BLOCKS
Block 1 Introduction
Block 2-4 On the job training (project and/or line tasks)
Block 5 Evaluation of the programand preparation for your next challenge

You will be employed as of day 1 and we guarantee that we will be there to support you throughout the program.
We strongly believe our Trainee Program, with its five blocks, enables you to learn and get to know the variety of TMHE and its business areas. Furthermore, as you will work in different parts of the operation, the program will bring you a great opportunity to grow your professional network throughout Europe.
The Trainee Program will be personalized to a certain degree and you will have the opportunity to design a part of the content together with us. You will also have a mentor assigned who will support you throughout the programme.
The Trainee Program is planned to start in Autumn 2010.
