The position we offer
We are looking for a Graduate to take upon the role as Release Management coordinator.
You will be responsible for the continuous development and management of our Release management process.You will as well manage and coordinate our releases with stakeholders, reassuring adherence to the Nordea change and release management process and policies
In your role you will be supported by Project and Service managers within our unit and to a large extend work close with a wide variety of stakeholders. In Nordea and File Channels we use the ITIL process framework and the expectation is that you continue to develop our Release management function to increased excellence. You will be provided ITIL training by leading experts in the field and an opportunity to certify yourself in ITIL Foundation v3. In your role you will have an unique opportunity to heavily grow your personal network and get good exposure to management and senior stakeholders.
File Channels is a team within Transaction Banking IT, who provide IT services to Nordea's Cash Management business offerings in Scandinavia. Our mission is Making Cash Management possible for Nordea's customers through technology. Our core offering is payments and messages, available to corporate customer channels. We are located in Stockholm in nice and modern premises in Lindhagen.
The qualifications you need
We have high expectations on our graduates. We are looking for responsible talents with an aim to pursue and drive their own personal development within the framework provided by the Nordea Graduate programme.
Requirements:
• A Master's degree
• A maximum of two years' post-academic work experience
• Excellent English language skills
Furthermore, you need to pass an ability test that assesses numerical, verbal and inductive capabilities.
In addition, we expect you to have personal ambition and to be a team player. You are confident, driven and possess the mindset to develop and constantly improve your competencies and skills.
