Whatever your interests or skills, Fujitsu has a role for you. A position you can develop into, and which will offer real responsibilities from the start. A role you can make your own. This 2 year development programme will provide the support you require to achieve your full potential.
Alongside your chosen role and the training you undertake in your business area, you will embark on a comprehensive 24 month modular development programme. These modules will cover key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Your development will come in many different formats; from structured training events, to mentoring and responsible business (CSR) projects. The programme modules will be delivered in different geographies within EMEIA.
Graduate Service Delivery Manager - Stockholm
As a Graduate in Service Delivery Management, you are trained to become a junior Service Delivery Manager. First you will assist your senior colleagues in different deliveries and support with writing reports, implementations, routines, put together new services and much more. Depending on your ambition and interest, you will either be a part of a bigger account, or run a smaller account on your own. Within a relatively short period of time, you will be trusted to work towards our customers with full responsibility of the different aspects in the delivery. In the position as a Service Delivery Managers you will have the opportunity to make your own mark on your role and the entire business, and have the fully support from the rest of the team from day one.
Who are we looking for?
During the Graduate Programme, you will be working in a full-time job, with real targets and responsibilities.
For any Graduate positions, we require you to have completed or be studying a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with excellent academic results. We see that you have experience from living abroad, either working or studying. Our Graduate Programme is open to candidates eligible to work in Sweden.
When selecting Graduate candidates, we are looking for people who will bring their own personalities and skills to the role; who are willing to learn and eager to push themselves. If you are passionate, enthusiastic, committed, and looking to learn new skills, then you are exactly the type of person we are looking for.
