hela Sverige As a Graduate, you have a position as Application Support technician which provides you with great possibilities to develop and contribute to good quality in all systems needed for running a business in NLP.
The system analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining consistent solutions in a complex application structure. This is on daily basis performed in projects and other tasks.
A system analyst also works with test design and test planning.
Works closely together with Business analysts, IT-architect, developers, other team-members in the IT-department and other IT-team (both internal and external Nordea).
Besides the daily work, you take active part in Nordea’s Graduate programme which is a talent programme focusing on your professional development in terms of business knowledge, employee ship and personal growth.

The Nordea general graduate programme runs for 1 year and consists of four international seminars where you meet fellow graduates from different countries and different parts of Nordea. You also have regular meetings with your mentor.
During the second year you will participate in the Wealth Management specific business track activities consisting of international seminars. The purpose is for you to get thorough knowledge about the different business areas within Wealth Management and the value chain which you are a part of.

The qualifications you need
Needed key competencies are UML and SQL. Master Degree “Information and Communication Technology†or M.Sc. Computer and Systems Science
Other important competencies are flexibility, interest in business, quality and solution orientation, analytical capacity and a capability to prioritize the most efficient and long-term solution to implement.
The solutions created in Nordea must be robust and fulfil several non-functional requirements. To succeed in this role it is very important to work closely with several roles in the development process and active coach projects to follow and implement solutions decided in the IT Strategy.
A Master’s degree and good English skills are requirements for a Graduate, but you also need to show professionalism, improve results and enhanced quality of services by continuous learning. Additionally you demonstrate energy, drive and commitment in your daily behavior.
Start-up date will be 1st of September 2015.

The IT department contains of 26 persons and they are all working together – The Support-team (2-4 team members), works close together, they solve issues both in the team and together with system analysts, developer and business. A senior application support technicians is familiar both with business rules and how they are implemented in data-bases and code. The work is mostly day to day planned.
