MultiMind is looking for Graduate HR Manager to work with fortune 500 company within FMCG in Stockholm. This is the direct recruitment to our client.
Job profile You will work as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, nurturing organization, to enable everyone to perform their best and to deliver truly significant and tangible business results.
You will combine objective data from organizational metrics and on the ground sensing to identify and lead initiatives impacting employee engagement.
You will coach and challenge leaders, partners together on talent development, and deliver HR related projects from start to finish.
You will equally understand the importance of operational excellence in delivering our daily HR work, mastering, advising on and executing core principles, policies and processes.
Define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results.
You will be exposed to and deliver leading edge deep understanding in areas such as employee engagement, benefits, compensation, employee and labour relations, recruiting, training and development
Qualifications Graduated with a bachelor's or Master's degree - we accept people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
If you have some experience in the HR field, we would also consider you for this role (0-24 months of experience is ideal).
Love solving and analysing problems to build creative solutions.
Good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals.
Strong command of written and spoken Swedish & English within a business context.
