Our Graduate Entry Programme is a six month position for talented Master Graduates. You will be challenged and your potential will be stretched, allowing you to develop your career as an international business leader. If you are successful, it can lead to a permanent position. The position is based in our Sweden office in Stockholm, where you will join our ambitious and dynamic Trade Marketing Team. The Trade Marketing Department drives the operational trade programmes, systems and projects in line with the business objectives in Sweden and is working closely with key marketing functions such as Brand, Field Force & Key Accounts. Your main responsibilities will be to: .support the team in delivering the various trade programmes .analysing the registrations from the Field Force .space management in cooperation with Key Account We see your career as a long-term commitment and invest in your future potential. The focus is on on-the-job development and you will be supported at every stage of the process, with on-going feedback and coaching from your manager. You are an ambitious, mature and structured person with a proactive attitude who is good at managing stakeholders and have strong communication skills. This combined with flexibility and resilience in a constantly changing business environment is what it takes to become successful at British American Tobacco. You likley just finished your Master degree within Marketing or Business and are looking for a position to provide valuable insights in the ways of working with Trade Marketing within an International Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company. You have a strong interest in being part of an inspiring organisation.

Key skills needed in this role: .Fluency in English and Swedish .Proven track record of high performance and results .Excellent analytic and problem solving skills .Advanced Excel and Power Point user .You are consumer centric and have customer understanding .Experience from a FMCG company
