hela Sverige As a Graduate in Group Functions IT, you will be offered the opportunity to work in a highly prioritized area and grow into a role as Data Engineer or Automation Engineer. You will join a unit responsible for delivering IT services and processes enabling reporting and analytics solutions to our stakeholders across the bank. Together we form a multinational environment with cross-border colleagues and outsourcing partners.
As Data Engineer, you take the role as software developer and will become involved in all steps of the development process, including design, architecture, programming, test and deployment.
We offer you a Graduate position where you will:
• Design and code applications to fulfil business and IT requirements, with regards to functional and non-functional requirements in order to ensure robustness and IT operational stability.
• Be involved in coordinating and implementing solutions for how to reduce risk, simplify and modernise supported applications.
• Team up with skilled colleagues and work closely with stakeholders across the value chain to deliver IT solutions in a continuous delivery environment.
• Leverage big data technology to enable reporting and analytics.
As Automation Engineer, you are driven by automating the processes and eager to design efficient and transparent processes that deliver value to the IT delivery landscape.
We offer you a Graduate position where you will:
• Team up with skilled colleagues and collaborate with various stakeholders to understand the existing processes, its challenges and requirements.
• Design and enhance processes so that they are efficient and transparent, and aligned with all requirements.
• Coordinate and implement solutions for automated processes.
The position can be located in Stockholm, Copenhagen or Helsinki.

Requirements:
• A Master's degree
• A maximum of two years' post-academic work experience
• Excellent English language skills
For these positions, we also require:
• High level or general purpose programming: e.g. SQL, R, Python or Java.
• Data Visualisation experience: e.g. D3, Matlab.
• Knowledge of the concepts of high-performance systems development and experience in database development including big data technologies.
• Analytical competence and basic understanding of IT development processes.
Furthermore, you need to pass an ability test that assesses numerical, verbal and inductive capabilities.
In addition, we expect you to have personal ambition and to be a team player. You are confident, driven and possess the mindset to develop and constantly improve your competencies and skills.
Finally, for these positions it would be an advantage if you have understanding of Banking and Financial services, and/or understanding of agile development, continuous delivery and functional programming.

The Group Functions IT Graduate Programme is a 2 year programme, with the first year running in combination with the Nordea Graduate Programme. You will be working in 3-4 positions, allowing you to obtain a broad understanding of what we do and how we work.
