Your future challenge
You will be part of the Project Management Group within the business area Electronic Defence Systems (EDS) in Göteborg. As Service Project Management Trainee, you will primarily manage our service projects, both internally and towards our customers. Together with the Marketing and Sales department, you will develop new services and products to promote to our customers. It will also be your job to drive ideas for improvements within your own projects as well as together with your colleagues in the product unit. This includes responsibility for financial results, which will contribute to Saab's final results. You will also get the chance to further your own knowledge and learning within project management and service management, both by yourself and together with your colleagues. As your experience grows, you are also expected to develop with increased customer interaction.
And as this trainee position will provide you with close cooperation and interaction with people from various parts of the company, both internally and abroad, there will be a variety of potential development opportunities depending on your skills and interest, and of course, your drive and desire to grow within Saab.

Are you a future leader?
To be a successful graduate, you have a university degree within Engineering and/or Economy. You are recently graduated or have approximately two years' work experience. This you combine with a basic understanding of business economics and a broad rather than deep technical understanding. If you have experience from a leading role, during studies or in your private life, it is beneficial. Equally qualifying is experience from project management and customer interaction.
As we are looking for future leaders, you must have the right motivation and drive to deliver excellent results. You must show potential for business understanding and strategic thinking. Good collaboration and communication skills are essential as well as the ability to motivate and involve your coworkers. You also need to be a curious and humble team player with commitment and a lot of energy. As Saab is a global company, you need to appreciate cultural differences, have an intercultural mindset and, of course, great English skills. If you also have international experience, this will be to your advantage.
The position entails working with classified information and requires Swedish citizenship.
