hela Sverige The GRC focus area extends across the entire KPMG Advisory and includes employees from different backgrounds and with different strengths and angles. Today we are many employees in the field, and we have grown rapidly over the past two years, our breadth and our depth make us a strong player in the market and enable support in both major GRC transformations and specialist advice in, for example, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) , Internal governance and control, Compliance or Internal audit. We work widely in all sectors with focused responsibilities in Financial Services, Industrial and Public Sector. A pervasive part of our work is new technologies and how we can optimize risk management, internal control and compliance with our customers through digitization.
As a senior risk consultant and leader within our GRC operations, you will have a clear role in leading and developing our operations in the region. This role means that you report to the Head of GRC but are locally responsible for understanding the market, building long-term customer relationships and running the service and business. This means more specifically recruitment responsibility, sales responsibility and that you will lead and distribute the work in the GRC team. You will also be part of the overall GRC management team and collaborate with both knowledgeable, driven and skilled specialists in the field.
Being an experienced risk consultant in the GRC area means more specifically that you:
• Assignments various customer projects with a focus on risk management, internal management and control or Compliance.
• Identifies new business opportunities, conducts sales activities and works with quotes.
• Actively works on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with our priority customers and organizations.
• Contributes to an inspiring work environment where knowledge exchange and constant development are in focus.
We are looking for
• You have at least 7-10 years of work experience from risk management, internal management and control, compliance or internal audit from consulting companies. Alternatively, you have experience from line position in corresponding roles and you are welcome to have a combination of this.
• You are business-like and have a very good ability to build value-creating relationships with customers
• You make things happen and have experience of working in project form and as a project manager
• You have excellent communicative ability in both speech and writing and communicate freely in both Swedish and English
• You are driven by customer relationships and customer management and creating business.
• You are driven by leading and developing businesses and are a distinct builder of businesses.
