What will you do?
We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual to join our Truck Alliances Team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with our Truck Joint Ventures and Partners, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive our work forward.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting the team across various essential functions. Your tasks will include:

Meeting Administration: You'll oversee the logistics of team meetings, from scheduling and agenda preparation to minute-taking and tracking action items, ensuring that meetings are well-organized and contribute effectively to team goals.

Project Planning and Execution: You'll be responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of administrative projects. You'll manage SharePoint, maintaining an organized repository of documents, resources, and knowledge, and providing support to users to ensure that it remains a central hub for team collaboration and information sharing.

Workshop Planning and Execution: You'll take the lead in organizing workshops, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that they are engaging and productive, fostering collaboration and generating actionable outcomes.

Who are you?
To be successful in this position you need to be service minded and experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support. You demonstrate a self-drive and are dedicated to achieving results through working together with the Truck Alliances team, GTT, Volvo Group and also our Partners. You have a knack for turning ideas into actions and are happy to do so in a cross-functional environment.
To be actively engaged in multiple projects, lending your administrative expertise to planning and projects is something you enjoy. You embrace a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with enthusiasm - and at the same time enjoy learning about and engaging with diverse countries and cultures.

What you need to have:
• Msc/Bsc degree in a relevant field
• Problem-solving and project management skills
• Communicate effectively and excel in interpersonal relationships.
• Fluent in English

In this role you will be located in Gothenburg, but you will travel frequently to Asia.
