Proficient warehousing and inventory professional, contributes to projects and initiatives, influences at the site level and determines and executes to operational standards and processes within their defined area of responsibility. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Receive, classify, and stock incoming goods. This includes ERP updating, managing stocking conditions, and knowing what is where
• Internal deliveries of parts and materials to the shop floor, including fork lift drivers
• Expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent
• Works together with people from the business unit
• Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues
• Presents to internal teams on metrics, project status and research
• Work with, planning, fulfillment, production and warehouse to best fulfill customer's needs
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Quality Specific Goals:
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Knowledge and understanding of production process work instructions and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specifications
• Ensures the creation of accurate, complete and timely records and DHRs

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or High School Diploma or local equivalent and strong experience in Manufacturing
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in Sweden (EU work permit)
• Ability to communicate well and work with others
• Proficient in basic mathematics
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
• Solid communication and analytical skills
•
Desired Characteristics:
• Bachelor's Degree in related field (or equivalent knowledge/experience)
• Forklift certificate (class A & B) and Crane certificate (class A)
• Oracle knowledge and experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
