Position: Go-to-Market Strategy Manager (focus on Market Intelligence)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Head of GTM Strategy
Purpose of position
As a Go-to-Market Strategy Manager, you will be a key member of our Go-to-Market team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and maximize market penetration.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product & offering management, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and sustained market success.
The position reports to Head of Go-to-market Strategy Manager and you are part of the Go-to-Market team.
Responsibilities
Functional responsibilities
Develop Go-to-Market Strategies: Create and implement go-to-market strategies that align with Envirotainers overall business objectives and market expansion.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform go-to-market strategies and drive competitive advantage.
Product Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers and differentiates our offerings in the market.
Launch Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and successful market entry.
Performance Tracking and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to-market strategies. Continuously monitor and analyze performance data, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, product managers, sales teams, and marketing teams, to align go-to-market strategies with Envirotainers overall business goals and ensure effective execution.

Relevant work experience and education
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, preferably in the logistics and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience from the industry of cold chain solutions for the transportation of temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals.
• Background in management consulting preferred.
• 5 years' experience in similar roles
• Very good communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written).
