About the role
We are looking for a GO! Graduate Digital Solutions, Marketing to join our global Digital Medical Solutions Team within Essity Health & Medical Solutions (HMS). The team is driving innovative solutions for our customers based on user insights, and with the help of emerging technologies. We focus on the therapy areas of wound care and compression.
The brand portfolio consists of TENA, JOBST, Cutimed, Leukoplast, Actimove and Delta Cast and our mission in HMS is to empower consumers, patients and caregivers with products and solutions to support healthy and active lives.
The GO! Graduate Digital Solutions, Marketing 2022 will be located in our Gothenburg office in Sweden.

Graduate Digital Solutions, Marketing you will develop skills and knowledge in the different marketing areas, in order to take on an entry level role within the relevant marketing area. Examples of relevant areas could be e.g brand & product management, digital business development and innovation, E-commerce & E-business, customer/trade and category management, market research, insights, and data analysis.
What you will do
Develop knowledge of the organization's products and/or solutions and customers by working closely with more experienced managers and colleagues
Develop marketing plans and roadmaps on a global level
Analyze market dynamics and distill customer and consumer insights
Learn and apply how to prepare value creating offers, business cases, as well as manage customer relationships
Assist Solution Owners in development of specific tools and programs
Contribute to projects and initiatives in digital solutions specific activities, e.g. in the areas of concepts, design, development, implementation, and commercialization
Drive follow-up of success metrics of go-to-market activities ensuring that our digital solutions achieve ROI
Commercial mindset and willingness to see end-to-end all the way to the user
Support in roll out process, support implementation and optimization of digital initiatives
Support implementation and usage of digital tools across categories and countries
Who you are
To be eligible for the GO! Graduate Program you need
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or similar (completed at program start; September 2022)
Maximum 24 months of work experience after graduation
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in industry is an advantage
An excellent level of English and Swedish is required
An international mindset from working and/or studying abroad and an interest in collaborating with people from different cultures.
A willingness to travel and relocate
An interest in developing and leading yourself, a curiosity to learn new things and an ability to inspire people to achieve things together. With your solution-oriented approach you are eager to make a difference and have the courage to act on own ideas.
You are a great networker and communicator who thrives in a changing environment. You have a strong learning agility and ability to adapt to change.

Selected candidates will participate in a two-year Graduate On-boarding (GO!) Program within the Essity organization, starting in September 2021. The GO! Program is based on relevant tasks, clear responsibilities, and specific learning goals. This will provide participants with a deep understanding of the Essity global organization, processes, and tools, develop functional as well as leadership competencies while simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business.
