About the role
We are looking for a GO! Graduate Digital Marketing to join our Regional Digital Team within Essity Health & Medical Solutions (HMS). The Regional Digital Team is an important contributor to the Regional sales-and marketing organization and has the e-Commerce -and digital responsibility within HMS Region North West.
The GO! Graduate Digital Marketing 2022 will be located in our Gothenburg office in Sweden and work towards region North West (Nordics and UK).

Graduate Digital Marketing you will develop skills and knowledge in selected Marketing area, in order to take on an entry level role within the relevant Marketing area.
As GO! Graduate within Digital Marketing you will be part of the Regional Digital Team in North West who works as a bridge between the Global units and the Countries. This will give you many opportunities to work with strategic marketing tasks as well as more practical activities, such as campaigning and positioning.
The brand portfolio consists of TENA, JOBST, Leukoplast, Actimove, Delta Cast and Cutimed and our mission in HMS is to empower consumers, patients and caregivers with products and solutions to support healthy and active lives.
What you will do
Develop knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers by working closely with more experienced managers within the Marketing field
Develop digital marketing plans and communication plans on a regional and local level
Contribute to projects and initiatives that facilitate Digital Marketing activities, e.g. in the areas of assortment, promotions, search, media, content
Support to extract and analyze data (sales, marketing, digital shelf, social media) to drive our E-Commerce and Digital Marketing performance
Support in roll out process, support implementation and optimization of digital initiatives
Support implementation and usage of websites and digital tools across categories and countries
Who you are
To be eligible for the GO! Graduate Program you need:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree within Marketing, Digital Marketing or Industrial Economics, Master of Science as in advantage (completed at program start; September 2022)
• Maximum 24 months of work experience after graduation
• Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships within digital marketing is an advantage
• An excellent level of English and Swedish is required
• An international mindset from working and/or studying abroad and an interest in collaborating with people from different cultures
• A willingness to travel and relocate
• An interest in developing and leading yourself, a curiosity to learn new things and an ability to inspire people to achieve things together. With your solution-oriented approach you are eager to make a difference and have the courage to act on own ideas.
• You are a great networker and communicator who thrives in collaboration with others in a changing environment. You have a strong learning agility and ability to adapt to change.
