What do we offer you?
As Global Web Manager at Nexer, you will have a central role in the market with overall responsibility for our global web. This includes both overall works to develop the web so it is optimized to meet our target group in the best way with e.g. digital marketing and leads generation but also operationally with the right content. It is you who, in close collaboration with the marketing manager and others within the team, ensures that Nexer's website is at the forefront, meets the target group in the best way and contributes to Nexer achieving its business goals.
In this role, you get the perfect combination of creativity and business acumen, as you get the opportunity to both works operationally with the creation of e.g. content and campaign pages, while you work in a structured way to develop the web to meet set goals. You will also be responsible for following up, measuring and analyzing statistics for the web.
As this is a global web that encompasses all of Nexer's operations, it is a comprehensive and complex web that describes Nexer's offering to customers and candidates, for all markets in the world. As we are on a strong growth journey, new offers and markets are added continuously, which means that the web is constantly evolving.
Of course, you are not alone! You will be employed at Nexer's digital agency Maverick, and be part of the internal marketing department at Nexer on a long-term assignment. You work together with others in the central marketing unit where all the necessary skills in web and marketing automation are represented as well as experts in design, copy and media.
Your background
The most important thing for us is that you are passionate about digital marketing and building digital experiences! To shoulder this role, we believe that you have between 5-10 years of experience in web and digital marketing, with a relevant academic background at the bottom. During these years, you have had the opportunity to try out a similar role as the overall manager of a corporate web in B2B - and enjoy it! With a little luck, you have also encountered the IT/tech industry before, which will make you quickly feel at home in our environment.
We believe that you are a team player who has a creative mindset and curiosity about change are two components that fit you well as a person. You see your digital and creative side as one of your strongest, closely followed by a strong drive to complete projects and produce materials even when time is short. You know exactly which balls you have in the air - and which should be prioritized for the moment. You have a clear sense of what is right for the business and the company as a whole and can present it in a trusting way.
