Then the position as WCM Champion Base Materials and Supply Chain Master Pillar Leader might be your next career step! You will be the one who introduce, facilitate and develop quality tools and methods for issue resolution within Base Materials and Supply Chain Integration. In addition you will be driving implementation and development of WCM in the clusters and the different parts of our organisation.

Main responsibilities

• Improve business performance through loss eradication and promotion of a continuous improvement mindset.
• Lead systematic follow up of Quality Dashboard KPIs and other quality targets
• Develop a strong and active Supply Chain Master Pillar.
• Provide guidance and alignment to clusters driving WCM and develop their Supply Chain Pillar structure
• Support capability development through assessment and training
• Drive global deployment of centrally supported Key Performance Indicators
• Facilitate and secure usage of common tools for achieving quality performance.
• Contribute to global process improvements
• Act as main driver for quality, hygiene and environmental systems

Qualifications

To be successful in this position you need to be self-motivated with a high personal drive to add value to the organisation. You are well organised with good analytical skills. You also possess very good interpersonal skills, have a natural authority and are a strong communicator in different hierarchical levels and excellent in both spoken and written English

You hold an Engineering Degree (BSc or MSc), maybe within chemistry, and have a solid technical understanding of raw materials.

You bring more than five years of Quality work experience, either as a Quality Assurance Manager or a Quality Pillar leader or similar.

You have solid knowledge of TPM (WCM) methodology and are experienced in usage of quality tools & methods used within WCM, Six sigma, Lean or similar production improvement methodologies with proven experience leading continuous improvement teams and programs. We also value experiences in change management.
