Position Description
You will be responsible for warranty process improvement initiatives where you need to involve and engage colleagues from other functions globally which makes good leadership skills vital. We work with both internal process improvements and dealer improvements.
You get the opportunity to develop methods, systems, process setup to find deviations from warranty terms & conditions, and further investigate and present findings to stakeholders in the organization.
Who are you?
We are looking for you with good networking skills since the warranty process cross several different functions, e.g. Sales organisation and dealers, Development organisation, Finance, Supplier Recovery, aftermarket organisation.
You will be a part of communication with stakeholders and users, driving development and enhancements in the claim process from an end to end perspective. The work is both strategic and operational, you need to enjoy creating a structure but also have the feeling and sense of urgency when ad hoc items need to be resolved. Furthermore, you have a university degree or equivalent experience and proficiency in written and spoken English.

We are a team of dedicated global warranty managers, system managers, coverage and claim process managers and analytics responsible for the development and maintenance of Volvo CE global warranty terms and conditions, auditing, claim control and training.
This position is based in Eskilstuna, Sweden.
Possibility to travel Globally 1-3 times a year
