Who are we?
Warranty Operations is a department within Volvo Trucks Quality and Warranty function in Gothenburg, consisting of 11 dedicated professionals. We collaborate closely together with different business areas, truck divisions and other entities of Volvo Trucks to develop the best ways of working to support our dealer's and customer's success. Our aim is to provide the best warranty claim process for our markets and dealers in the industry.

You need to have excellent skills in communication, documentation and enjoy coaching and training. You should have an aftermarket and/or technical experience in the automotive field. You enjoy a variety of job tasks and easily reach out to colleagues for collaboration. You are data driven and have an analytical approach to capture what are the improvement areas in the scope of the team. You would enjoy taking on projects in the warranty process area for further development.
Your competence is within aftermarket and management.
These are your main responsibilities:
You will be part of the development and define input on how to improve the warranty process and adherence by markets, importers and dealers. A main part of your responsibilities is to develop, train, inform and process descriptions related to the Volvo Trucks warranty policies. Another important task is to do warranty auditing and training of markets and importers as well as warranty high cost claim approval and handling of private importer claims. You will be part of developing the function and the warranty process to meet future tasks through the daily operation and in different ad hoc projects.
You report to the VP Warranty Operations in Volvo Trucks.

Furthermore, we believe you have the following skills and experience.
University degree in business, engineering, related field or equivalent experience.
Heavy duty or automotive field, aftermarket, retail or market experience is a merit.
Warranty process, policy making and auditing is a merit
Good knowledge and experience of automotive aftermarket and processes
Analytical skills and interests in analysing warranty data
Process management and development skills
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Experience within project management and process development
Share the values of Volvo Group values of Customer Success, Trust, Passion, Change and Performance
Good knowledge in UCHP, QRAFT, VDA, GDS, VSR, PHV, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint are a merit.
