hela Sverige We are looking for a Global Warranty Engineer, a role in our global warranty organization. Main focus areas for this role are to secure correct claim quality, perform warranty analysis, perform warranty audits both internal and external and to perform warranty training. This role is our super user in Product Center which is our system for product information. You will be a vital part in the development of our warranty processes and systems.This role works cross functionally across our regions/market units and global functions. The position includes some travelling.This position is a line organization role and you will report to the Director Global Warranty & SWR. Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the markets when it comes to claim handling in UCHP with purpose to secure correct claim qualitySupport both internally and externally creating and analyzing warranty statisticsCoordinate warranty audit forum, perform warranty audits and support Market units when neededSupport and improve Global Warranty training material and perform warranty trainingResponsible for setup and configuration of drivelines in Product CenterUnderstand, validate and give input to the Global Process & System manager regarding improvements neededTogether with the Process Manager drive the warranty process and system improvementsParticipate in Penta warranty forums and represent Penta in Volvo Group IS/IT solution forums, (mainly UCHP & Product Center)Actively part-take in tests of warranty systemsRequired CompetenciesGood knowledge in warranty IT systems, UCHP, PC, Argus and GDWProduct knowledge and good understanding of our different segments, Marine & IndustryAnalytical and structuredKnowledge of process management methods and toolsA can-do mindset, self-drive and motivationCommunication and presentation skillsProficiency in written and spoken EnglishGood networking abilityEducation/Experience requiredExperience from warranty and/or aftermarket areaExperience within the area of business and ITBachelors / Master's degreeExperience of Volvo Unified Claim Handling Process (UCHP) is a plusFor more information please contact:Andreas Floberg, Director Global Warranty & SWR, Phone: +46 31 3225146
