Mölnlycke Health Care is now recruiting a Global Vigilance Associate.
The Global Vigilance Team plays a key role in providing comprehensive and effective product complaint handling in order to secure compliance and thereby stay on the market with approved products.
The position is located at Headquarters in Gothenburg.
Publiceringsdatum2015-05-12Dina arbetsuppgifter• Coordinate product complaints investigations in order to ensure an effective problem solving and proper customer response.
• Ensure that all medical, scientific and technical queries about the Mölnlycke products that are received from healthcare professionals, members of public and other external customers are answered as accurately and rapidly as possible.
• Receipt, review and follow up product complaints and enquiries for continuous improvement.
• Interact with internal stakeholders on product complaint investigations, regulatory, quality and compliance issues.
• Provide information and advice of a medical, scientific and technical nature to internal functions involved in supporting existing products and developing new business opportunities.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
• Background in medical devices with post-marketing surveillance and/or voice of customer experience.
• A clinical background and product knowledge (operating room or wound care management) would be advantageous.
• Result oriented and performance driven.
• Excellent communication and networking skills with a customer orientated and problem solving mindset.
• Strong team player with high flexibility and ability to drive change.
• High computer proficiency with standard software programs.
