We can offer you a new and exciting position within Customer Value Management (CVM) at Sapa Heat Transfer. The purpose of the position is to secure momentum and ownership for the Customer CVM program as well as coordination and support of Business Area operating companies, CVM development and implementation.
Key responsibilities:
• Drive development and implementation of processes, methods and tools supporting value identification, quantification, and communication
• Prioritize and drive build-up of fact-based evidence of Sapa Heat Transfer?s offering
• Drive development of segment and application specific value propositions
• Support and coordination of price and profitability management model and method development
• Coordination and facilitation of training (e.g. on the job, Seminars/Training events, Training local sales staff)
• Drive the Business Area CVM development forum, and contributing to forums of strategic importance (e.g. Product Development Board, Global Sales, HVAC&R Forum)
• Drive transformation towards value based organization
• Further develop Business Area value strategy and governance system
Location can be discussed. You report to VP Business Development at headquarters in Stockholm.
Extensive travel is required globally to Customers, Business Area operations, and other locations of Business Area interest.
Qualifications and personal qualities
• Experience from operational level in manufacturing/engineering related industry
• Solid knowledge of B-2-B commercial processes
• Experience from negotiations for large global and complex accounts
• Proven experience in coordinating multi-functional teams and/or projects in an international environment a strong plus
• Experience of major change management processes is a plus
You probably have a university degree in Engineering and a commercial interest (or vice versa). You have a good understanding or willingness to learn about internal as well as customer production and administrative processes. You are fluent in English, both oral and written. Other languages such as Mandarin, German or Spanish would be an advantage.
You must possess high energy, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. You are demanding but also a great diplomat with the ambition to achieve consensus. You are results-oriented and you have solid competence in managing multiple projects concurrently in cross-functional and multi-cultural team settings. You have a clear and concise communications style.
