The Logistics department is looking for someone who is driven by the possibility to make an impact on the organization. This position is permanent and will be filled as soon as possible.
The main responsibilities for this position include freight purchasing, implementation of new EDI solutions, improvements in the order to delivery process and leading projects (both local and global) within the area of distribution. You will also be part of both the RDT Freight Council and the Atlas Copco Freight Council where we tender large international flows together. Another large area of importance is that of compliance. Customs, sanctions and trade regulations are becoming an increasingly important area of focus in order to be "First in Mind, First in Choice".
We are looking for someone who is comfortable in communicating with people from different cultures and backgrounds. You also need to have strong interpersonal skills along with a structured way of working and a strategic mindset. To be successful in the position we believe that you have the "big picture" perspective and easily come to conclusion. Also ambition and drive are key personal components which can outweigh formal requirements if the right candidate applies.
Formal requirements are:
- University degree within appropriate area and/or work experience in compared position which we determine to be equivalent.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent computer skills.
