At TRATON Financial Services we have started the journey to become the provider of financial services to all TRATON brands. Service include financing for customers, dealers, and distributors as well as insurance solutions. With a presence in over 65 markets, we are already one of the most global actors in the financial services industry and rapidly growing.
Now we are looking for new talents to our Financial Services Team! By joining the Global Trainee Program from August 2025 you will experience a 15 months learning journey like no other. It will give you a deep and broad knowledge about TRATON Financial Services, its brands, and the industry as a whole. Also, you will be given an opportunity to be part of a global network of trainees from all TRATON Group which will give you an excellent network, learn about cultural differences and prepare yourself for a career with us.
About the program
The Global Trainee Program offers a great learning journey. We aim to kick-start your career by giving you deep and broad knowledge about TRATON Financial services. The program is part of the TRATON GROUP which means we collaborate with other brands in a global setting.
We provide the tools to prepare and develop you for a future career in an international company. The program will feature two specialized tracks: one focusing on Finance and the other on Credit Risk Management. With rotations decided by you and your mentor, the trainee period will be customized to your interests and skills, creating the perfect match. This provide you with the foundation to become the leader of tomorrow.
The 15 months includes several job rotations within TRATON Financial Services and the TRATON Group, with at least one rotation abroad. You will have a mentor from your assigned home department and a responsible from the People & Culture Team that will support you during the whole program.
During the program will we enable you to share knowledge and learnings, build a large network, learn about culture differences, and grow as an individual.

We are also looking for candidates with international experience and a willingness to travel and live abroad.

Application * To qualify for the Global Trainee Program, you have a Master's degree within Economics, Business, Industrial Economics or Engineering.
• Together with excellent academic performance we see that you have graduated between 2023 and the summer of 2025.
• You have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience, at the start of the program.
• TRATON Group have a global pr,esence, for this reason, it is a prerequisite that you speak and write English fluently and other languages are seen as an advantage.

Foreign applicants
Since some assignments during the program will take place outside of Sweden for a minimum of three months, you need to be an EU/EES citizen or have a permanent residence permit in Sweden. Otherwise, we risk interfering with the migration laws. If you currently study outside of Sweden or have a foreign degree from your highest studies you need to get your degree verified by the Swedish Council for Higher Education. Please visit

Recruitment process
The first step in the recruitment process is a web-based psychometric test to get an unbiased screening. The tests will be sent to everyone who meets our basic requirements.
We then make a selection based on the test results. After that, we look at your CV, formal education/qualifications, and your previous experiences. If selected for an interview we also go into your professional interests and personal competencies.
After the interview we will perform an assessment day.
A background check might be conducted for this position.
